Frosty Clear Snap-in Peva Shower Curtain Liner For Hookless Shower Curtains

Hookless Snap-In PEVA Liner for Shower CurtainsEasy snap off of the old (original) liner and snap in of the new one. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 as the replacement is definitely not as strong as the original, but happy to have a clean one! Fast shipping, too.

I read the reviews saying that this was very thin plastic, but I guess I thought that maybe people just weren't used to plastic liners. I was wrong. This liner works fine and fits, but it is VERY THIN. It's almost as if I cut up grocery bags, stitched them together and made this liner.

They were longer than expected, so I cut them to line up with my hookless shower outside curtain. This item must be for the extra long curtain. Mine is just standard length. Since the curtain had a fold line, I was able to cut in a straight line. It should be fine as the natural bottom of the curtain did not have any extra weight or hemming that I would need to cut off. I ordered a second that has not yet been received but I can see it is still in transit via the tracking link. Will post again after a couple of weeks use. I am not bothered that it is thin as it flows well and hangs well. Just need to see how it hold up with use.

The liner is a bit more flimsy than I expected. I prefer my cloth-like liner to this one. It is okay, though.

Hookless shower curtains are great, particularly those with windows. For some reason, in our household a number of us splash right through the fabric liner, so using a plastic liner is a must. The peva liner is great contrary to the comment that it felt flimsy, I think the lightweight feel of the liner (as opposed to more rugged, institutional type plastic liners) makes it better. It drapes as the fabric liner does and keeps the out-of-tub splashes (for those of us who seem to bathe like ducks) in the tub, where they belong.
