MollaSpace Paper Pot Toilet Paper and Tissue Paper Holder, Orange

I first ordered this in March 2012 and I love it! It works so well (easy to load and to use) and I like that you can use it for tissues or a roll of toilet paper. Plus it's much more fun to look at than the more typical tissue holder, I love the pop of orange it provides to the room.

BUT .. . I ordered another one (of the exact same thing, the webpage even tells you that you're reordering something you've purchased before) and it isn't the same. It's clearly different from the start. The box it comes in isn't as sturdy and within the box the tissue pot didn't stay together and was shaking around. The roll inside the pot was loose and not wrapped in any protective paper like the first one I received. The pot itself was different, the same color but instead of screwing together it just slips on, which creates slightly more of a visible seam then the screwed together one. And then, it didn't even come with the little piece of paper giving instructions on how to load and use it! (not helpful since I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift)

I'm very disappointed. The newer one would still work the way it is supposed to (though with just a slip on top I wonder if it might come apart during use), but I like the original much better. I hate to say this, but I prefer the original one and I found it is still available if you shop elsewhere (right now at UncommonGoods.com).

Japan made and super cute. Holds a small Kleenex and dispense smoothly.

I bought a few to gift away as housewarming gift! But the price a little steep.

I was suprised at the size of this when I got it. It's large enough to hold a box of kleenex. Don't know what I was thinking as that's what it is for. Will also hold a good size roll of toilet tissue. Made of the hard plastic that if dropped might crack or break.
