A soap dispenser should be expected to get wet. These rusted within a week, and left permanent stains on the brand new cream marble surface they stood on.

This product looks great on my stainless steel kitchen sink, however, it rusted within only a couple months of use. I continued to clean off the rust and use the dispenser for about six months before the part that the top screws onto broke off completely. So, for the price, I guess six months of use isn't too bad...

A great looking soap dispenser that is priced right but it seems to be rusting a bit on the very bottom of the bottle. I use it to store hand soap next to the sink in the kitchen.

We have had this soap pump for a couple of years now. While it still is nice and shiny without any rust, it gets clogged often and we have to add water to our soap and shake it in order to make soap come out. It is nice if you have slightly thinner soap.

I was very disappointed. These are advertised as stainless steel soap or lotion dispensers . I purchased two, one for body wash and the other for shampoo in the shower. They sat in a niche in the shower, and within weeks developed rust around the screw top. The rust was enough to stain the grout. Stainless steel should not rust. I recommend you not purchase these if they will be in or around a moist environment.
