I was a little disappointed by this product. I guess I didn't realize how short it would be when assembled. I have to bend down to reach the towel and I'm not that tall. So if you have large towels this will not work well as they will end up on the floor. I bought this since I live an apartment and needed a non-wall towel rack and I gave it 3 stars because it works for what I needed, just not ideal. However, if you are going to have several people using this on a daily basis, I wouldn't recommend it. It works well for 1 or 2 users, but not sturdy enough for bigger families.
