I loved this holder when I first bought it. It was easy to install and looked great. Initially, I also liked the ease of changing the toilet paper. But a plastic piece broke off quickly, and now the tp won't stay on the roll. After only a few months, we are shopping for a replacement. I've since read other reviews where others had the same problem, so I don't think I just got a lemon.

I find I really like the pivoting feature. It is so easy to replace the toilet paper. You just can't drop pieces of this one.

I ordered this paper holder for a bathroom remodel and was not disappointed. Good quality for the price, nice weight, not flimsy at all, love the bronze finish. Bought the matching towel bars, too.

This holder looks great! easy to install and easy to load. All you do is lift the right side of the holder and put the roll on. The entire set looks great and was easy to install

I ordered this hoping it would match the knobs and faucet I already have, couldn't find anything locally that did. I'm so happy, it matches perfectly. Looks great. The only negative is the way it's installed, it has notches in the part that screws into the wall or cabinet, and then you hang the roll holder from there, they tend to fall off if you're not careful.
