This unit might look nice, but it's *very* wobbly, unstable and poorly designed. The shelf units are "held" in place by little plastic rings with a vertical cut in them; they do NOT stay put in one place for very long. Trying to adjust the shelf just makes the whole thing wiggle around, slam down, or fall off entirely. Look at the product photo and you can see how badly each shelf is aligned with each other. The unit is far from being height adjustable. They want you to cut the pole to adjust it to your particular shower ceiling height! A total piece of junk.

For the price, I can't really expect to get a better shower pole caddy than this. It looks decent, if not a little too plastic-y, and it has plenty of storage space. It's built with materials that seem like they'll hold up and won't rust. However, it was a complete pain to install properly. Firstly, the pieces don't stay in place very well until you put it into the corner. The baskets slide around a bit, the segments tend to separate, and so on. Secondly, the caddy is supposed to stay in place thanks to a spring-loaded rod at the top of the shaft. However, the spring is so ABSURDLY incompressible that your ceiling height would probably have to be within 3-4 inches of the ideal height for you to get this thing to fit without having to modify it. Personally, I had to cut one of the caps of the rod and slide it into the middle of the spring to get it to fit in my decently tall shower. There was literally a whole foot and a half of extra spring.

The caddy tends to wobble, but you can fix that with some bathroom Command Strips. I also bought a couple of cheap suction cup shower hooks. I put them on the wall, near the corner, so that the bottoms of the hooks were pushing against the rod from either side. With that modification, the caddy is stable as can be.

If you decide to be frugal and get this, prepare to do a bit of engineering!

This is our second time we purchased this unit. It performed well the first time so we bought a second one. The only issue we had was the brackets that position the shelves on the pole would sometimes drop off. The manufacturer has since upgraded the brackets to a new design eliminating that issue. We like it!

Looks nice but did not last even 6 months,started to get all rusti. This product is build with poor materials.

Easy to install and provides really good storage. Only negative would be that the product is not a nickel finish. It is a plastic painted gray. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend.
