The towel bar did not come with instructions on how to install. I was able to find instructions online and it was fairly easy to put up. The bar itself was what I was looking for and was sturdy once it got installed.

The price was right, the packaging wasn't pretty, but this is the real deal. I am very pleased with the result.

The description of this towel shelf is not accurate. It sounds like it is "brushed" stainless steel, which is a dull finish, but there is also a note about plating. After we received the product, it was clear this is chrome plated, and not stainless steel. The quality is good, but not the finish we desired. Also note, the manufacturer is Donner (product Donner 5208-241PS) and there are no instructions with the package.
