Looks great in theory but is built poorly. 1) The thing is HUGE, it looks silly with TP on it. 2)Most importantly, the installation will never come out looking complete. The rotating side sticks OFF of the wall by design, while the other side sits flush. You can't even try to make it 'appear' well installed by painting up to where it actually starts, or caulking/taping the gap. This is because the gap is created where the part rotates against the wall, and so caulking or painting it would just crack or prevent you from changing the roll. Seriously, I've never written a review in my life, and this product disappointed to the point that I logged in to write my first one...

This is a beautiful-looking TP holder. I like the "swing open" type and that is a major reason I bought this one. But it was impossible to get it to sit flush against the wall on the movable arm side. It is offset by about an eighth inch. Not too noticeable, but defintely should not be the case with a product of this price.

This toilet paper holder is very nice. It matches my towel bar as well. I love how it flips up to add a roll of toilet paper instead of having to remove the little plastic pole. I was concerned about how sturdy this was and how long it would last with the bar sliding all the time. So far, it has proved to be a very good choice; and it looks good!

This was one of the most frustrating products ive ever had to install. The instructions were missing at least six key steps. It took me forever to figure everything out on my own. As another reviewer mentioned, it does not end up flush to the wall. That is because one of the included screws is too small. Avoid this product, not worth the hassle and poor end result.
