I like the "champagne" setting for relaxation but use the "normal" or "rain" settings most of the time. I think the price is about midway when compared to other fine shower heads which can run in the $350-500 range. But I believe you get what you pay for with this particular model which has 5 settings. many of the more expensive models only have 3 settings.
I just purchased (march 2012) two more of this model for a second home which we just bought. My only caveat would be that like most plumbing products, Grohe will or already has stopped producing this fine showerhead. In the course of renovating a bathroom, we had a contractor who recommend this model. We then went to Best Plumbing in New York. The salesman said that he would recommend it too and has the same showerhead in his own home. I was skeptical given the huge price, (5x an 'average' showerhead at any hardware store).
I ordered one from Amazon, (instead of from the contractor or the retail shop because I knew that Amazon has a great return policy; if i hated it, or was disappointed, i could return it for a small fee).
The contractor and retail salesperson were right -it's a fantastic, well-built, sturdy, attractive product.
Our very old piping provides fairly-low water pressure in our shower. this showerhead provided increased pressure, plus multiple settings.
I will likely buy another one for another shower in our home.

Product came quickly and as advertised. I would purchase from this seller again. I am very happy with how they comunicated with me and how soon it arrived. Not certain about the product itself. It contains a lot of plastic parts and very little metal. However, I believe this is more of a standard when it comes to shower heads.Read Best Reviews of Grohe 28 448 EN0 Movario 5 Shower Head, Infinity Brushed Nickel Here
