The quality of this item is really impressive the wall mount is machined from solid brass and feels like it might outlast my house. The tumbler, too, is heavy and nicely finished. However, the stock photo they're using for the chrome version is wrong. The tumbler that comes with it is straight-sided like the one shown in the brushed nickel version, not curved. After ordering from 2 different retailers and getting the straight-sided tumbler from both, I called Kraus's customer service, and was apologetically told that the picture is wrong. There had been plans to offer the curved tumbler, but they were cancelled.Save 46% Off
