Leaks when using the pump, leaks when not being used. Constantly leaks. Love how it looks but it is Un usable.

Very disappointed in this product. It leaked from the first moment I used it. It is attractive, but on mine, the paint was sloppy. Sent it back.

I decided to purchase this dispenser for two reasons: first, because the brown and tan colors match the walls and tile of my bathroom; and second, because the tall and narrow shape of the dispenser allows it to fit perfectly on my small vanity (see photo). The tan/natural textured body of the dispenser is great... looks classy and even has a classy feel in your hand. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the chocolatey-bronze plastic top looks quite noticeably like plastic. Certainly not a dealbreaker on this item, though. Both because it's not an ugly kind of plastic look, and because I'm not that pretentious. Overall I am quite pleased by how it looks, and if your bathroom color scheme includes similar browns, taupes, or earth tones, then this dispenser is probably a good choice for you.

Product also arrived intact and well bubble-wrapped for transport.
