Okay, first a caveat...this was purchased for use with our pets but it still needed to function well and look decent. I wasn't sure what to expect for the price but was very pleasantly surprised.

The hose is metal rather than the pex material provides a much nicer look/finish as well as keeping it cleaner in appearance. The handle is ergonomic and the spray pattern consistent.

There were no leaks, it works as advertised. The only thing I wish were included was a hand button to stop/start but otherwise, very nice unit especially at this price point!

No, it will not compete with high end units but it also costs a fraction of the amount.

For anybody who likes to soap up and rinse off instead of having to stand under constantly running water, this shower head is a must.

I had to replace an old unit. Searched thru Amazon and liked my choices. The one I picked was just what I needed.

I couldn't get the hose attached to the head, it kept going on crooked, I tried other hoses and they screwed on crooked. When I turned on the water the pressure was so low, this must be a low flow head.

Any way, all I really needed was a hose and the hose is good quality with metal ends so I'll keep the product.

Also this one came from amazon warehouse deals an it was listed as used. The product seems new, it just had some white gunk on the back of the head, it could have been some thread tape, just had to clean it off.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a used shower head and had second thoughts the day after ordering it, but I didn't cancel. It turned out there was no need to worry and I will order more used stuff from amazon warehouse deals.
