Organize It All 2-Tier Shelf with Towel Bars (1753)

I built it in 5 minutes and mounted it in the bathroom in 2.

The construction is tubular with two shelves with bent edges that snap onto the front and back tubes.

It is mounted onto the wall with one screw on each side and even though at first it didn't seem enough it actually was.

There are four points where the tubes are soldered which they look as if they will rust easily, so I decided to mount them away from any water splash (first chosen spot was too close to the shower).

SAFETY WARNING!

As I was mounting it on the wall as I was moving my finger from one side to the other to get it in the right position when I got a nasty cut.

The very inner end of the bent edges are VERY SHARP and can cut you badly.

After assembled, those sharp edges are pretty much out of the way as you would have to get your fingers under and behind the edges, which I can't image why would anyone do that. Regardless, since everything that can go wrong usually does (thanks Murph!) I will take them out and grind them a bit for some 100% peace of mind.

If they last for more than a couple of years I'll be extremely happy as the looks, accessibility, setup, and price were very good.

Not easy to keep clean. I have one in my bathroom at the moment that I am looking to replace. I bought this shelf because my bathroom is white, blue and has chrome accents. It looked great for the first few months but after that the heat and steam from all the showers caused the chrome to rust. I constanly have keep up the appearance with chrome cleaner and trying to clean the shelves themselves isn't easy because of the ventilation holes on the shelves. Every time I place something on either shelf bits of rust would fall onto the toilet top. I would recommend this for a guest bathroom or another room but not for a bathroom that sees daily use.

i really liked the design and ease of installation. But after 3 years, there is SO much rust on the shelves (no direct water contact) i MUST replace this unit. The rust gets on EVERYTHING! so bummed

I have owned this product for five years. Both the shelves have rusted to the point where rust flakes fall to the floor. Other than that, it is completely functional. If you only plan to own it for a couple years it would probably be okay, considering the low price.

at first i bought it looked promising, but a year later i tossed it.....

it was in my bathroom with just essentials on it, mouth wash, lotions, cups, toothbrush holders, etc.

well a year later it got rusty! and not only that when i unscrewed it, it made my walls rusty too.... had to repaint the entire wall... was a waste of time the moisture from the bathroom is what eventually makes it rusty.
