It looks great but never worked. I had it installed with the Vigo sink and the pump never worked. My handyman took it apart and tried to fix the mechanism and it worked for about 10 pumps. I ended up having to buy a Kohler soap dispenser instead from the big box store. That one works. I contacted Vigo about this product and also the sink they claim to be rust proof (it rusted in one spot in less than a month) and have not heard anything back from Vigo. I like there look and price but the quality is not there and neither is their customer service to fix these issues.

The metal portion of this dispenser is built with heavy stainless steel but the plunger seems a little flimsy when pressing down (it somehow feels like its sticking up too much). Obviously it matches the Vigo stainless steel faucet I got this to be a part of and the price was right for a stainless steel dispenser. The other Vigo stainless steel dispenser was about $50.00 and appeared to have a stainless steel reservoir as well. Didn't see how this mattered as that portion was well hidden anyway (besides, I think I'd trust a plastic container to hold liquids long term over a metal one anyway).Read Best Reviews of VIGO VGA245ST Liquid Soap Dispenser, Steel Here
