The picture which shows ALL brass does not match the description of brass/chrome. I purchased this item solely because of the picture. I don't think that anyone wants a combination of brass and chrome. The retailer did not use the right picture. It is not all brass.
This was exactly what I was looking for to replace an old all brass toilet paper holder we had of the exact same style. The picture and title lead you to believe it is all brass but the base mounting plates are polished chrome. Unfortunately it doesn't match the other hardware in the bathroom which is all brass so I will likely replace them to match this item.

I decided to order this while updating my bathrooms, I am glad I did, my bathroom door handle is brass and the lever on my toilet is chrome and white, this rounded out the combination of colors, it matched perfect and it also will fit the larger rolls as you can see from the photo I posted. Great product!!!!!
