Taymor Ultimate Bathtub Caddy

I had wanted a tub caddy for a long time so when I saw this as an Amazon deal I bought it right away (it was about half price). I love the space for accessories, the thing that clinched it for me was the wine glass holder. The mirror is a little chintzy, but I rarely use it anyway. One caveat to the product: the fact that it is adjustable to fit different tubs is great, but that means that water can get into the metal tubes the arms fit in. So make sure to take out the arms and drain the water out of the main piece otherwise you end up with icky nasty rust water pouring all over the place (I learned this the hard way). This would make a great gift for someone, this is one of those things you usually don't think to buy for yourself.

This caddy is nice for the price. Use it with my new clawfoot tub and it is nice to have the ability to adjust the width. Has a candle holder, wine glass holder, mirror and a book rack. Can't use the book rack and the mirror at the same time.

After looking for a caddy that would--I hoped--not rust but that had a decent book rest, I decided to buy this one. The problem I have is that I like really deep baths--filled up almost to the top of the tub--but when I have the water as I want it, the bottom of the caddy is below the water level. Not so good if what you really want it for is as a reading platform.

I ordered this based on the reviews. It looks like they have changed the product, but not updated the Amazon page. The product description implies that the wine glass holder, candle holder, book holder, and mirror are included. That makes this a pretty good product for the price. But, when it came, no accessories (the literature in the box, also seems to imply that the accessories are included). I exchanged it for another one, hoping that I just got one mis-packaged. The second one came the same way. We decided to keep it because there really aren't any other options that aren't more expensive. I am very disappointed in the misleading write-up, hence the low rating.

This caddy is well made and fits across my clawfoot tub nicely. I can now sit my shampoo, conditioner and bath wash on it. The price is a bargain.
