I wanted to like this soap dish since it's embossed with a classy looking nautical graphic but it's just too small especially considering the price. If you plan to use it for dinky round mini-soaps then I guess it would be okay but if you need a dish that holds standard 3 ounce (or larger) bars of soap, then forget it.
