These work well in that water doesn't collect in the bottom and make the brushes gross. But it's pretty ugly, and b/c the holes are big, smaller brushes tend to slip sometimes. But I haven't found anything else better on the market that prevents brushes from getting slimy and mildewy, so for now these work well.

This little stand is just what I needed to store my battery operated toothbrush, tube of toothpaste and tube of whitener all in one small space. I do wish I could have found one with a cover but this will do for now.
