Fish Bath Plug

I needed a new stopper for my tub. The theme for my bathroom, is fishes. (Fish shower curtain, fish soap dispenser, fish towels, etc...)

This fish tail bathtub plug fits in perfectly with my bathroon theme.

When I ordered this, I thought it was just half a rubber fish. I was wrong. It is a high quality product with a metal ring around the base. Much higher quality than I originally thought. It was a very nice surprise.

This is such a cute idea! I bought it for my son's bathroom, which he is too young to enjoy now, but will love as he gets older. I only wish that it would fit more securely in the drain, so that he won't be able to pull it up and drain the bath. Instead, it just kind of sits over the drain, which does work, but is easy to remove.

The fish tail plug is certainly unique and my kids love it! Although it does serve it's purpose by keeping the water from draining when in place, it does not suction well so it comes out of place easily and floats off.

This plug works with our standard tub. My son loves it and at the beginning we had to constantly plug and replug as he pulled the "fishy" plug, but once the novelty wore off it's rare that he tries to play with it while it's being used. I like that the fish part is a soft rubber so it won't hurt him if he steps on it or falls on it. We've been using it for about 10 months and it is still entact so I would say the quality is good.
