Everything the previous poster said is true as long as all of your products are thin. This dispenser does not handle thicker liquids like Aveda rosemary mint shampoo and conditioner. It really is great for thinner liquids like cetaphil liquid soap. My problem is that I still have bottles all around the tub so I emailed the company for suggestions and got the following email: (I don't know about you but I don't select my products by their viscosity)

Sorry, but you will have to change you liquids. Our products do not go well with thicker liquids.

First off, this item didn't even leave the seller for six days, so of course it didn't deliver by the date. Second, it's a piece of crap. I didn't want to permanently install it, so if you don't want to either be aware it doesn't work with just the suction cups, so now I have 2 choices, permanently install (no) or throw it out (yes) and I have tile walls.

I will never order from this company again.

I have used this product for years and have never had any problems. My conditioner is pretty thick and it comes out no problem. I hope they never do away with this because then I will be lost! I also love the fact that I don't have to use adhesive, the suction cups have always worked fine for me

This is exactly what we were looking for. It took care of all our bottles and there is a place for bar soap, my razor and a shelf for other items. The best part is that I didn't have to use sticky tape or adhesive or screws to install just hung it over the shower head. We did have a little trouble with the suction cups (they were warped) but my husband got them to work after a day or so. We haven't had to refill the containers yet but I suspect it may be a little cumbersome as we have one of those shower head hoses to fight with. Delivery time was acceptable.

The item was received in a very short period of time and was exactly as I had expected as i was replacing an existing product that was eight years old and the plastic components were just breaking down and snapping off. The only issue I had was that this item was listed as new and it was obviously a retutn from someone. The plastic in which it was packed was torn open and one of the soap/shampoo chambers still had a bit of product in it. I did keep the product "as is" and it is working as expected.
