Bought the towel ring along with the matching toilet paper holder in October for our new log home which is just being completed. Recieved these products quickly and loved them. However...as we picked up the towel ring to install it, the metal tab which attaches it to the wall fell off. Although we had purchased it over 30 days ago, I asked them to exchange it. The company denied my request because "they didn't know how we was install it". Really? It's unfortunate because we had planned to order more of these products for two more bathrooms. Very unprofessional. Would not consider ordering anything from this seller again.
