KOHLER K-8593-CP MasterShower 72-Inch Metal Shower Hose, Polished Chrome

Kohler says this hose is 72-inches long in the product title, the Kohler specs for it say it is 71-inches long. The hose I received is actually only 67-inches long, which is nowhere close to what is advertised by Kohler. A reviewer on another forum mentioned the same issue with length. I bought the hose from a Kohler dealer, not Amazon. I needed the extra length and was willing to pay extra for it, unfortunately didn't get what I paid for. Should have bought two short hoses and a connector to get the longer length. Kohler needs to buy a tape measurer and learn how to use it.

The hose received from Amazon began to leak after 2 days of use. Contacted Kohler for replacement under manufacturer warranty and was shipped replacement in 5 days. Kohler stated that Amazon is not a preferred seller and recommended their products be purchased elsewhere as they could not guarantee quality through Amazon.

the white plastic ends shown in amazon picture is incorrect. it has brass/copper ends on the inside of the ends. at this time there are 6 picture you can click on amazon to view. look for the one that show the inside of the ends that show copper or brass and that is the correct picture of what you will get in chrome as I ordered a chrome shower hose.

i had bought a price fisher shower hose and it has a very very slightly bigger inside diameter to carry more water volume and pressure. i live in a condo and I cannot control my water pressure to my home. it is maxed out set by the property mamagement but wish the water pressure should be stronger. If I choose a hose that limits the pressure then the hand held shower won't work best as it can be. so choose a big fat hose that allow the most watter pressure and volume.

This hose is a bit more expensive than others, but it is well worth it. Quality product, great fittings and finish. Just the right length for showering and cleaning the tub. This will last for years. DId I mention the chrome finish is great? I tried other chrome hose, none can compare to this one. No tangles!

Quality of the washers supplied poor they are to small in outside diameter to even fit the Koehler shower head. Both leaked and required a return trip for a 50 cent item.
