Home Basics Shower Massager

Home Basics Shower Massager, ChromeI bought this to more easily bath my dog in our bathtub/shower combo. But, now I might get a second for our main shower. The jumbo size seems similar to a rain-dump shower head and feels great, covers your whole body with water so you are nice and warm in the shower. It has 3 settings, but only 1 will be used for the majority of the time. I used a good amount of plumbers tape to seal all the areas you screw into BEFORE I assembled, and I recommend everyone do the same if you want a leak free shower head. The setup was easy enough despite no directions. The hose is maybe a little short for some, but for most it should be fine. Also, if your pipe coming out at the top tilts down as mine does, you'll probably have to have this head tilted all the way up to have the shower head not point straight down.

Overall, if you are looking for an upgrade from a regular shower head and are interested in a hand held option, I think the jumbo size is the way to go, especially for this price, you shouldn't be disappointed.

although it works well once it's installed, i was surprised to find out that the "metal" looking hardware is actually plastic. so, it's good for now, but i wonder how long it will last.

I really loved it at first, but now after about 6 months, the finish is wearing.

Also, and more annoyingly to me is that it no longer sits nice & flush in its sleeve; it droops down. So now when the shower is on, the water sprays against the wall behind the showerhead (yup, it sprays behinds itself now because it is tilted so much). We have tried to jerry-rig it so that is stands up tall, but it's so droopy that we can't even stand under it anymore. The Jumbo head is just too heavy.
