HealthSmart Glass Electronic Body Fat Scale

I was really disappointed with this scale. It is very cheaply made and the buttons stuck as soon as I took it out of the box. The absolute worst part about it....it gives a different weight every time you step on the scale. Both myself and my 15 year old son weighed ourselves on a flat floor. His weight was only 102. We both knew he weighed more than that, so we moved it a couple feet over and then he weighed 120. We tried again, now 112. The same for my readings. I hope this was just one disfunctional scale for the sake of the scalemaker, but I definitely will pay a little more in the future for a better quality product. I am returning the scale and purchasing another brand.

I agree with the above review. I was disappointed in the product because it doesn't give an accurate weight. You can weigh yourself 3 different times in succession and get three different weights. My husband tested it immediately after returning from a doctor's appointment, and his weight was different. I purchased it mainly for the BMI feature. I'm hoping that that number is somewhat reliable. This morning, I got nothing but an error message. I hope subsequent models from this company are improved.

I thought it was going to be a great scale until it stop working 2 months later. It was not the batteries, though I went to the trouble to buy new ones. I like to know how to return it but it does not turn up on my recently purchased item list.

This is pretty much the worst scale I have ever used. It barely worked out of the box. I returned it immediately. It is a complete POS. Easily the single WORST thing I have ever gotten off amazon. Do your self a favor and spend an extra ten bucks to get a working scale.

this did not work it might for lighter people but not for smaller plus size people the program for the body fat did not even work,!
