Overall it's a high quality product. However, the mounting system used is not that good. It took me several attempts to install it SECURELY on my wall. I had to use different screws from another product to secure the hook properly. Otherwise when I hung a robe or two on the hook it pulled away slightly from the wall at the top edge leaving a small gap not good.
