I was so excited to find this product! We moved to a new house with white and brass fixtures in the bathrooms. I was not in love with the idea of a brass towel rack, so this seemed perfect. The delivery time was great also. The only drawback was that there was a bag of hardware missing and one of the brass rings. amazon came to the rescue and gave me a full refund, so that i could place another order. Fingers crossed.OK. We got the replacement, hubby put it up today. Looks good, had all the necessary parts and quite happily holds two towels. Thumbs up this time around.
