I was a little worried when I ordered that it might be flimsy or might stick out from the wall too far. It is beautiful and sturdy. It does stick out slightly further than my old towel bar, but I've noticed that the kids do a better job of getting their towels hung up with the wider space.

At first I wasn't sure that I would be crazy about the bar being farther away from the wall than most towel bars, but I love it. The towels are easier to hang and it looks great. I also bought the towel ring and toilet paper holder and I'm just as happy with those. I already had the faucet and was thrilled to find the matching accessories.
