The caddy fits nicely in the corner of the shower and the shelves can be positioned easily on the pole holding firmly where they are placed. The pole comes in two pieces and fits together ok however, after about 2 years mine rusted at the ends even if covered with the foot cap or with the joint tape they provide. This may be unavoidable in the wet surroundings unless you get a PVC pole.Read Best Reviews of The Ulti-Mate 70040 Bath and Shower Pole Caddy Here
We got one of these shower caddies for our master bathroom and liked it so much we got another one for the main bathroom. It's stronger than it looks; our daughter has some pretty huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner and it holds them just fine. It's really nice that the shelves are full of holes rather than solid; the soap doesn't get mushy and bottles don't get slimy on the bottom. The little notches in two of the shelves are great for hanging bath brushes or loofahs. It's very easy to move for cleaning the shower. The one problem we had was that the pole was a little too short for our ceilings. That was easily solved: we put a piece of wooden dowel, just a little smaller diameter than the pole, inside on top of the spring, and it worked great. A problem I anticipated but that has not materialized was the shelves slipping down the pole with time and the weight of the bottles etc. pushing them down. This doesn't seem to be a problem at all, they stay right where they're supposed to.Want The Ulti-Mate 70040 Bath and Shower Pole Caddy Discount?
a little flimsy for heavy bottles of shampoo, etc but a good value and fairly inconspicuous ie not unattractive
