I ordered this soap dispenser in November to match an identical one I had purchased several years ago. The soap dispenser I received was not the one pictured on Amazon, in fact it didn't resemble it at all. It is a completely different item than the one pictured. I contacted Geroy's and they said the item they shipped was the correct part number. I sent the company a photo of the two dispensers side-by-side and they agreed that the item didn't match the photo depicted on Amazon. They agreed to refund my purchase upon return the dispenser. To date, I still am waiting for a credit to my account after again contacting the company a couple of weeks ago. I also requested that they replace the photo of the item advertised on Amazon with an accurate representation of the soap dispenser they are shipping, which still hasn't been done. However, the description of the product has been changed to indicate the spout is curved, and the image shown may vary by color, finish, or material. So.... if you enjoy being suprised and don't care at all about the color, finish, style or the shape of the soap dispenser you receive.... I say go for it!
Great product, it matches my new kitchen faucet and the dispenser tube is long enough to put the soap in the sink without running down the side of the sink.
