This item is made with quality materials and looks great until it is hung. The cheap wing style drywall hangers provided are not adequate for heavy robes or damp towels. These hanger pulled out of my door almost immediately. This cause a problem due to the fact that a 5/16th of an inch hole had to be drilled in my door (as directed by the instructions) to get the hangers into the door. When reinstalling with adequate anchors that will fit a 5/16th of an inch hole I had to drill out the mounting bracket to allow the fasteners to fit. This 10 minuet project turned into a two hour project (that is including the hour at Lowe's buying the very large hangers). This item will not set completely flush with my door due to the larger fasteners I had to use. I would pass this item up and try my luck with another.Save 30% Off
