Great product, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Works perfectly in my small bathroom and gives it that extra room that i needed.

When my wife ordered this for our guest bathroom, along with a new inner and outer shower curtain, I raised my eyebrow at it, and was skeptical about whether the rod would rotate into the shower when not in use, and then rotate outside when our guests were showering. Although the wall fittings are mostly plastic, they seem made of a good grade of plastic and installed easity -requiring a marking pencil and a drill -the job was done in less than 10 minutes by two people (because the rod needs to be supported -if you dropped it, I think it would probably destroy or damage one of the plastic brackets), including measuring twice and drilling once. After the installation, the action was positive and stayed in place when it rotated to the other position.

Works as advertised, I installed it easily by my self and highly recommend this for anyone with a tiny bathroom. No more blowing shower curtain, or worse, no more being attacked by the shower curtain. I now have room to shower, the curtain stays away from me at all times and when I'm not in the shower, I have more room to move around. It was so easy to install, and easy to switch it from one position to the other. It really looks so much nicer than my old ancient rod too. If you are even just a little handy at home, be ready to measure twice or thrice and leave at least 9" from the ceiling so you can rotate the rod easily. Please note, not only is my bath small, it also is only 7 feet high! And this works perfectly! This is one of those inventions that affordably solves an annoying problem. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased this for our guest bathroom to give more room while taking a shower, yet get the curtain out of the way when not showering. The rod is similar to those found in most hotels now and curves out into the bathroom giving you more room in the shower. Unlike most hotels though, this rod can rotate back into the shower when you're not using it so you're not fighting the shower curtain when using the sink or toilet. The product is exactly as described, was easy to install and works perfectly.

There was an initial problem. It seems that they now have a "Version 2" rod, and some vendors still have the "Version 1" rods. I discovered this after I ordered the "No Drill Adaptor Kit" so I could mount it without drilling into my tile. There was a note with the kit stating that it was incompatible with "Version 1" rods (which, it turns out, I had received from Amazon). The note also expressed their apologies and had a phone number to call for replacement. I called and they said they'd send a Version 2 rod out immediately and a pre-paid shipping label to return the Original rod. I received the replacement very quickly. I had another issue with some adhesive from the adaptor kit that had dried in the tube. I called again, and yet again, they were EXTREMELY friendly, apologetic and responsive. I received a new No Drill Adapter Kit within a day or two.

I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. I deal with a lot of mail order products, primarily through Amazon, and can get quite discouraged when things aren't right. They made EVERY effort to make things right as quickly as possible. I highly recomend the Rotator Rod, but if you're still on the fence about ordering one of their rods, do it to support small companies with great customer service!!!!
