Overall nice item. You would never confuse this for a high-end, satin nickel finish, but it does what it is supposed to do.

Finish was very poor color not satin nickel more like spray paint, Never buy again very poor appearance need more quality control

Compared to toilet roll holders at the same price range, this is definitely the best looking one. However, this product does not live up to the name of "satin nickel" as the finish looks painted with grey paint followed by a glossy finish. Real satin nickel finished products cost not much more and it would have been a no-brainer for me if I was able to see it in person.

Just to nit pick, the shaft falls apart easy. It's a bit of inconvenience when changing rolls.

I found similar Moen brand products at Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond, but they cost twice as much as what I paid here. The chrome finish matches my other bathroom fixtures. The design is simple and elegant. Shipping was fast. It was a great buy.

Nice Satin Nickel finish. Simple, classic design looks great in the master bathroom. Very easy to install with included templete. I like the look and quality of this paper holder better than a more expensive fixture that I had installed in my powder room. Good quality, good price, well-made, and easy to install.
