Lenox Holiday Nouveau Tissue Holder

I love this pattern...makes your bath look so pretty at Holiday time. Pattern is very neutral (interdemoninational). However, the first cover I received had a 1/4" area that was unglazed! Flaw was right on the front of the box so it was very obvious. Amazon quickly replaced it... but there is a tiny flaw in the glaze of the replacement! I'm not returning this one, but it makes the "4 for 3" deal not quite the bargain I had hoped it would be. Paid $29...which is a bit high AFTER xmas!

Very beautiful product. I gave this to a friend for Christmas to display in her new townhome in the downstairs bathroom. Very pretty and will add beauty to her place.

I've never cared for fancy little boxes which hold tissues. They seem so pretentious. Why not just use the box the tissues came in? Well, I've been converted. We were using tissues in various places in the house, especially with a new baby, and when I'd pull a tissue the box itself would come along. It was real aggravating, especially when trying to hold onto the baby with one hand and pulling out a tissue with the other.

So, my wife came home with a tissue box holder and the problem was solved. Now, the weight of the tissue box holder allows easy pulling of individual tissues out of the box without pulling the box around. Who'd've ever thunk? Well, our tissue box holder is ceramic and somewhat similar in appearance to this listed one, but it's not the same so I cannot comment on the merits of this brand. I will acknowledge that a tissue box holder is a handy thing to have.
