The item I received is not the item in the picture, the one I received looks like model #kea-11116bn. Yes I know bn stands for brush nickle and mine is chrome, however I wanted the design that was pictured. I ended up with the kea-11116ch. I would have ordered it in brush nickle if I knew this item is not really whats pictured. Amazon please fix the picture so the next person isn't crushed to find out they now own the one they didn't prefer. Also I am giving the actual item I received 3 stars because, just as I thought, its not as stable as I thought it would be, that's why I wanted the one pictured.
