I found all of that is this somewhat pricey toilet paper caddy.
(Dimensions: 8.5Hx10.25Wx5.5D". Holds 4 rolls. Made of metal with a shiny chrome-plated finish. )
I have a very small bathroom and needed to free up some space in an equally small vanity where we were storing toilet paper. While I think the stands that sit on the floor look nicer and are decorative, we didn't have the floor space for one and were less concerned with looks than practicality.
PRO's:
--You don't need anything to install it. Just open the toilet tank, hook on the clip and close it up again.
--You can easily reach the extra toilet paper from the toilet if you run out at an inopportune time.
--The toilet paper doesn't fall out of the bottom of the basket as it did with the Side of Tank Toilet Paper Holder that my husband surprised me with before we returned it for this one.
--Chrome finish provides a nice clean look; nothing fancy but looks decent.
--Sits flat against the side of the toilet so it doesn't take up much space if you need to squeeze it in a tight corner.
--The bottom of the basket doesn't extend very far down so if you have things on the floor like a toilet bowl brush container, plunger, bathroom cleaners or deodorizer sprays, it doesn't get in the way of those other things.
--There is a little play in the hook where it attaches to the top rung of the basket so that the basket can be pushed a little forward or backward. Pulling it forward towards the toilet seat gives it a little bit of a tilt forward which at first bothered me, but it actually ended up making it easier to reach for a roll of toilet paper when you need one.
--A brand name item widely available at stores for about 65% less.
--Feels sturdy and made of metal. Easy to clean. Should last a long time.
CON'S:
--Rather expensive here. I purchased mine locally.
--Wish it came in other finishes like bronze or brass or satin nickel. Chrome is OK but won't match all home decor.
--It's not decorative like a floor caddy can be. (but it is extremely practical and a good design)

I don't actually use this for toilet paper. I have a very small bathroom and storage is limited, so I use it to hold my hair dryer and flat iron. Works like a charm!Read Best Reviews of InterDesign 29240 Metalo Over Tank Basket Toilet Tissue Holder Here
This product is a great idea and it is very well made. Just be very careful in measuring to make sure it fits. If you have a small bathroom, measure it twice just to make sure.Want InterDesign 29240 Metalo Over Tank Basket Toilet Tissue Holder Discount?
Ordered 2nd one due it's convenience after 1st one started getting rusty, which was ok for its age and our particular bathroom. . Very good storage volume for such compact bin. We, NYC apartment dwellers value every inch of our living space,. this storage bin fits 4 largest tissue rolls as a standard, however if we buy more than that at a time, we can stack 2 more levels easily and they won't fall unless you try, of course. Also, when only partially full, a few magazines can be dropped in, or whatever else your hart desires (large can of air freshererror or box of clorox wipes, etc)This item is practical and well designed. I've got one and have ordered another one lately. The only problem with this product is after a few months the part of the hook that goes the inside of the tank begins to rust. If the rust gets significant enough, the rust falls into the water bowl and begins to make the water a diluted tea colored brown. This is not attractive. The manufacturer needs to figure out a way to keep the chrome from rusting inside the tank. Perhaps a plastic coating will do. I'll be coating my next one with clear fingernail polish to see if that will do the trick.
