I was under the impression that this was a metal holder but it's plastic. Pretty easy to install, looks nice, but feels cheap to the touch since it's made from lightweight plastic. Oh well. I should have paid better attention when ordering.

The incorrect installation hardware was sent with the item so I can't install it. Now I either eat it or go the the hassle of returning it. This is the last thing I need at the end of a bathroom rennovation. Still deciding what I will do.

I purchased the toilet paper holder along with the towel ring and towel bar as a set for our newly remodeled bathroom. All three are a good value for the price. Don't have too high expectations, as they are made with some plastic materials and the hardware for attaching to the walls is a bit flimsy, but I guess most of them are made the same way. Overall, the three pieces look very nice and work well.
