Sunflower Yellow Napkin Holder, Tissue Box

Let me qualify the tissue box itself is beautiful. Very colorful, beautifully painted, and very substantial....if it had come in one piece. It was very poorly packed and broke into 3 pieces inside the box sometime during delivery I assume. It arrived sounding broken and I was terribly disappointed as it was a Christmas gift and I couldn't get it back before Christmas.

UPDATE: the seller contacted me right after this review and offered to send me another if I paid shipping and handling. The seller didn't have to do that, it was well over the return time and I was pleased to be able to get another. It arrived very well packaged, it is a beautiful item and my friend loved it. I am very happy with the customer service the seller provided and would buy from them again. They were very courteous, prompt with action and service. I changed my rating to reflect that.

I loved the tissue/napkin holder because it matched the stuff I had gotten years ago in Mexaco, and Im really into matching. I also liked it because it was made well and was sooooooooooooooooooo pretty. Not only that but Amazon treated me well.
