Very attractive and sturdy (which is necessary in this household!) But the best part was the customer service. I mistakenly threw out the mounting bracket with the box (oops!) But I contacted their customer service dept. via e-mail and they had a new one to me in a week. I really appreciated that.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this towel ring but when I received it I was so glad I purchased it. Again, Danze doesn't disappoint!!!

I was updating my master bathroom and we were looking to change the gold colored towels racks with the oil rubbed bronze. The bronze does have a red tint to it. In a bright bathroom it might not work that well. Our bathroom doesn't have a window so it is alittle darker so the red tint is less noticable. This towel ring feels solid when you pull the hand towel off of it. The packaging came with all the parts and tools needed.

We are remodeling our bathroom, and have all Danze in there. It's very nice, well made, makes the bathroom look very nice. I would recommend any Danze to anyone! I purchased the polished chrome. It's beautiful and it was an excellent price. Mounted easily. It is not quite as heavy/sturdy feeling as I expected, but I'll see how it holds up over time (it's been up for about a month now, no problems!)
