The quality of this paper holder is okay. Very simple, rather small. Surprisingly small. But that is passable given the price. What was amazing to discover is that the template included to position holes on the wall for installation was inaccurate! And to such a degree that the holes will need to be redone if you simply follow the instructions and template and don't do your own measurements (which you should not have to do, nor do the instructions suggest double-checking, which is unheard of anyway). This is very annoying. Also, the hardware included is simply two mounting screws and two wall anchors. But the wall anchors included are for solid walls (like going into studs or tile), and do not work for plasterboard, which is likely to be the most common installation. For anchors for wallboard you have to supply them yourselves. How cheap is that to not spend a few more pennies and include wall anchors for plasterboard? So if you buy this product, measure the unit yourself and don't use the template to place the holes, and be prepared to figure out your own wall anchors if you are installing in wallboard (your typical bathroom wall that is not tile). In case you are wondering, I have over 20 years experience as a carpenter and contractor, so don't be thinking this is user error. I have used an awful lot of templates before!

Because of the lighter color I was unable to use it where I wanted it. Other than that, it seems to be good quality for the price.
