Purchased in combination with the VG02008STK2 faucet (as well as an undermount Vigo kitchen sink). I love the faucet and sink, but the soap dispenser barely works. Will pump water but refuses to consistently pump dish soap. This may be specific to my example, but rather than hassle with replacement (had it for months 'til I got around to installing it), I went ahead and purchased the LDR 551 P1200SS dispenser which receives fantastic reviews here.

This soap dispenser was ordered by my interior designer along with the under-mount sink and pullout spray faucet. It was installed at the end of May 2012 and by September it was already giving us problems. One day the pump refused to pump anymore; it went down but would not come back up. My husband and I dismantled it ourselves to attempt to troubleshoot the problem, but without success. I've been using Seventh Generation dish soap in it, but I don't know whether or not some brands of dish soap are not recommended for this dispenser.
