This towel rack is Chinese junk. It didn't come with the metal plates to attach it to the wall. It's too cheap to return or or hassle with it. Don't buy this!
This towel bar is attractive, but the metal is not as thick as I would have liked. For the price, I expectied a little more substance.(Comparing what I saw in the big box store, or at the design showroom) You really don't notice the metal thickness once it's installed, however. Beats the cost of a $126 Kohler and looks very similar to Memoirs!
