I just received this towel rack in the mail today and it is very shiny and elegant in appearance. The installation was extremely easy and it came with intructions and a template to perform easy setup. I am tempted to buy another one of these. I've installed other rack systems that do not measure up to the ease of installation as this one! Great product and will definitely recommend!
