Love it. Easy to install. No issues getting the roll on or off. Was concerned that the roll might fall off but it doesn't. And it doesn't roll too easily so my cat can't take the paper across the house!

While the holder was nice, this item had the cheapest of all fasteners. Following the instructions and using their hardware a screw sheared off as I screwed it into their anchor. I had to rework my freshly remodeled and painted wall to get the anchor out of the wall and had to by new anchors to mount it. Very disappointed. I don't know why all these vendors are trying to save a few cents on screws. The effort it took me to fix this really ruined the entire experience. I won't be buying this brand again.
