While the shower head works just fine, this is just another waste of money.

The grip on the wall mount that holds the shower head is plastic. It broke

on the second day. It's a tad difficult to take a shower with a dangling shower

head.......

I tried this for about a week before I sent it to trash bin. The hose has flow constrictors which when coupled with the one already in the valve reduces the flow to unacceptable levels. The spray becomes a dribble. This unit might work well for older systems that do not already have a flow restricter in the valve.

As an aside, the hose comes out of the package with kinks where it is bent to fit the packaging. These went out with use.

It is pretty well made and has pretty good flow at the showering setting. I found it having a stronger flow than the delta handheld shower. It is also more affordable for a polished brass color.

made with all plastic even the hose. poor quality. slow spray. I was fooled by the reviews. it is not at all what the other reviews promote this product.

Like another review, I also had the grip break before the item was even installed. While this looks "pretty", painting a plastic grip brass, does not mean it's brass, just cheap plastic. Unfortunately I waited a long time to install it, so not sure I can't return it. Will try to contact the company to see if the grip can be replaced.
