Moen YB4708CP Monticello Paper Holder, Chrome and Polished Brass

This is the last piece to complete my bathroom. I have the rest of it all in the Monticello Decorator line. This line by Moen is very nice and solid metal. Has great weight. This is not your bargain basement cheapy plastic stuff. This is the nicer pieces of Moen.

Received this paper holder much faster than I expected. It matches all my other Moen fixtures perfectly. It looks great! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I bought the Moen Monticello 24-inch towel bar, toilet paper holder, and hand towel ring as Christmas presents to go in the guest bathroom of my Mom's new home. The previous owners had either never installed these things or had taken them with them when they left. I installed them this past weekend with little hassle. I was worried about making a mistake while drilling holes in the wall. But the instructions are clear and the included templates made sure the holes are exactly where they need to be. Everything installed quickly and easily and the bathroom finally looks finished. No more folded towels on the toilet tank or roll of toilet paper sitting on the vanity. I know that had to be driving her crazy :p Everything is exactly where it needs to be now.

The build quality on these things is great. The density you feel when holding these things in your hand is surprising. They are built to last for life.

Remodeled half bath and hated to replace existing chrome-plated brass fixtures, but ran into problem with size and placement of brackets on new beveled subway tile. The Moen Monticello matched our faucet and the horizontallly-installed bracket fit perfectly on the tile. Had already purchased another well-rated towel and TP brackets and returned because of their cheap feel... Replacing a solid brass set with a more expensive aluminum set did not feel right. But this set was an excellent weight and cosmetic fit!
