This is a really neat product that offers some uniqueness to your shower. I personally had never seen these types of showerheads and I didn't even know they existed! That's besides the matter though, at first I thought that this showerhead would be a hassle, because it would have to require some sort of batteries or something, but that is not the case here. I simply installed it in my shower like any other showerhead, it took about 5 minutes of my time. I then found out that the lights are hydro powered! That was simply amazing in my opinion, this is a really cool product that I can recommend to everyone looking into buying a new showerhead or simply to add a bit of color and change into your showers! I rate this product a perfect 5 stars out of 5 stars!

* the only minor downside to this showerhead compared to the one I had installed before is that this one does use quite a bit of water, I try to save water whenever I can in my household and this one uses 2.5 Gallons of water per minute. I love the product and everything, just wish it was a bit more water friendly *

I really did not think that a few lights in a shower head would make any difference at all but I was totally wrong. It only took a few minutes to install just a straight replacement for the old shower head, and the impact was amazing. As soon as you turn on the water, the leds glow brightly blue at first when the water is cold, then green as it gets to "safe" temperatures. It's even more impressive if you turn the bathroom lights down low. It's been real warm here recently so I've played with the temperature between cold and warm watching the lights make the water color change. Turn up the heat and the water glows red and if it gets really hot it starts flash at you!

I've had it installed for a couple of weeks now and the kids love it too. Cons:

-I would have to agree with someone else who posted a review. The water pressure is a bit much, but I think you can rectify that by going to the hardware store and getting a low pressure valve to minimize flow. Water efficiency is also key.

What a neat idea!!! Our granddaughter couldn't wait for the shower head to arrive.It is so pretty to watch. If you don't have one, I would strongly urge you to get one. This is something very different.
