To start with, I like the finished product it is heavy, durable and well-constructed. However, based on the photograph and limited product description, I really didn't realize what I was buying and for a TP holder that costs in excess of $80(!), this really shouldn't be the case.The photograph makes this look like a solid L-shaped (open ended) TP holder, when in fact, it is a clever design that pivots up on one arm to change rolls, and then locks back into the other arm for a solid look. I actually like the end product better than the open ended design, but had not idea I was getting something different until it arrived. For $80, Kohler should update the photos (including some without the TP obscuring the view) ad include a much better description.
Lastly, as advertised, the product includes all the necessary mounting accessories. The only problem encountered here is that the mounting screws are the cheapest (likely Chinese sourced) mount screws I have ever worked with. They were so light, they seemed to be made of aluminum, but worst of all, the Phillips heads were mis-molded to the point half the mounting screws were unusable. I purchased two of these TP holders and both had the problematic mounting hardware (half the included screws were unusable). While the mounting screws do not make or break the product, it did put me in the position of another trip to the hardware store to pick up replacement screws. For this reason alone, I deducted one star from what would have been a five star rating.
