I purchased my first Jobar step to use by my bed and later ordered two more. One more for the bed side to make my first one higher and one for the bath room lavatory because I'm a shortie and the sink in the bath room was a little too high for me. I love the nonslip top. I might add, so do my cats and use it as a scratcher. I'm going to have to replace the rubber top soon but that's OK since the cats are now leaving the furniture alone...

My wife and I just purchased a new bed and when it was all set up it was a little too high for us old shorties. While thumbing through a catalog my wife discovered the JOBAR INTERNATIONAL BATH STEP and she said to me that we should buy a couple of these so we could get up and into bed easier. I agreed and I went to Amazon and lo and behold I found them and placed an order for two of them. They arrived in good shape on the date promised. They are just what we needed and when not in use they are easily slide under the bed. I didn't give the Jobar International Bath Step 5 stars because the blue mat as shown in the illustration came rolled up and you have to apply it yourself. After you peel off the backing you must be very careful to line it up perfectly before you stick it down and this requires a little skill. I have friends who have problems figuring out what end of a shovel to use and applying the sticky blue covering might create a problem for them. Otherwise the Jobar International Bath/Bed Step is a quality item.
