InterDesign York Short Pump, White/Chrome

I decided that my bathroom would look far more elegant without the clashing bottles of different shampoos, body washes and the like, so I purchased this dispenser and another similar one, decanted the shampoo into one and the body wash into another. What a wonderful difference! Now we have a clean and simple look that creates a far more elegant "Zen" mood.

It surprised me how much this deceptively small dispenser could hold, and I was very happy to find that it dispenses the thick and creamy body wash without becoming clogged at all: it works better than the original container -and it looks far nicer.

We had brushed nickle soap dispensers in our bathroom for years, but got tired of having to replace them due to rust around the neck of the bottle. Saw this and thought we'd give it a try. We weren't sure at first if we'd like it, since it was white and looked a bit bulbous. We found it looks very nice and we don't have the unsightly corrosion to deal with either. As a bonus, this is easily twice the capacity of the "stylish" brushed nickle dispensers, so it goes a lot longer between refills. We're planning on ordering another for the guest bath.

Item is as pictured. It is a nice, large capacity dispenser, and weighted nicely so it won't easily topple. It is very attractive.

I have had the dispenser for about 4 months now and I use it every day. Either you like the looks and size or you don't and my opinion is not important. What is important is if the pump works and keeps working. In the case of this dispenser it does, flawlessly. Nothing more needs to be said

Quality ceramic bottle with stainless pump top and stainless twist seal around the head. The pump tube that goes into the bottle is plastic. The pump mechanism works great and it looks nice on the counter as well. Good quality product for the price. The only complaints I have so far is the twist seal is fairly poorly designed so it is hard to get it on the bottle as the ridges between the ceramic bottle and the stainless steel seal must not align completely. Not a big deal though as it does seal, just takes a bit to figure it out. I accidentally threw out the label before writing the review, but I believe it holds 15 ounces. Hope it holds up.
