The look and feel of this set is great. The only reason for the low score is due to the packaging. The cheap and flimsy styrofoam broke apart during shipping and the cup was chipped and cracked. I'm not returning the set because I wasn't planning on using the cup to hold any liquids. Aside from that, I am very happy with this purchase.
